To change your email address, please click on your profile image in the upper right corner and select >> User Settings.
Then navigate to >> Change Email and enter your new email address to generate a Verification Code.
Once the new mail address is verified, it is successfully changed and you can log in with your new email next time. ✉️ ✅
To change your password, please click on your profile image in the upper right corner and select >> User Settings.
Then navigate to >> Change Password and enter first your old password, then your new one and at the end confirm the new one.
IMPORTANT: Don't forget to >> Save your changes 😉
Let's Connect is currently available in English and German.
To change the language, please click on your profile in the upper right corner and select the desired language in the drop down menu. 🇩🇪 🔛 🇬🇧
To add new team members and invite them to your company account, please click on your profile image in the upper right corner and select >> Company Settings.
Then navigate to >> Team and click on the blue >> + Add new team member Button. On the overlay please enter first name, last name and the email of your new team member and send the email invitation by clicking again on the >> Add new team member Button. 🧑🤝🧑
Here you also have the options to resend the invitation, assign a role or delete the team member.
To use your Google or Outlook Calendar in Let's Connect please click on your profile image in the upper right corner and select >> User Settings.
Then navigate to >> Availability and click on the blue >> Sync Calendar Button to start the synchronisation process. In the next step select if you're using Google or Outlook to proceed and follow the steps from the provider.
Normally you need to login to your account and allow the access. That's it 📆 ✅
To set availability for bookable appointments please click on your profile image in the upper right corner and select >> User Settings .
Then navigate to >> Availability and set your defined hours for each day, when it's possible to book meetings from Let's Connect.
Of course, if your calendar is synced, it will directly check if there are free slots or you're already booked. 🤓
To set bookable appointments please click on your profile image in the upper right corner and select >> Company Settings.
Then navigate to >> Appointment Settings and click on the blue >> + Add schedule button. In the next step enter the appointment name, lead time for the next bookable appointment, duration and choose an agent or a user group, which is responsible for this meeting. 📆 🙋
Save and Ready!
Now you can choose if you want to use the bookable appointments on the contact form at your widgets or just copy a link to integrate it on your website or easily send it to your clients.

To allow them, please >> open Let's Connect. Then to the left of the web address, click on the >> lock icon 🔓 and activate the permission for Camera and Microphone. This is how Google Chrome handles this setting. It might be that it differs from browser to browser.
To activate your camera & microphone in Let's Connect please navigate to >> Incoming Request 📞 and click on the >> Settings ⚙️ Button.
Then on the overlay you're able to activate/deactivate them or choose the desired camera and microphone.
To set your browser push notification for incoming requests or leads, you'll always find a >> Notifications 🔔 drop down where you can set, how Let's Connect should inform you about something new.
Just activate your preferred option by clicking.
IMPORTANT: Browser push notifications are connected to your browser settings. So please also allow your browser to send push notifications for Let's Connect.
The virtual background is available only on consultant side ✨ - not for your website visitors.
To set a virtual background for your video communication please navigate to >> Incoming Request 📞 and click on the >> Settings ⚙️ Button.
As soon as your camera is active you get the possibility to set a virtual background. Just click on the >> Change virtual background button below the video and either activate one of our default backgrounds or upload your own.

The complete integration takes only a few minutes. Navigate to >> Web Connect. Next, please click on the >> edit button of the widget you would like to integrate.
Directly on step 1 you can see the code snippet, which you need to copy & paste into the footer of your website. Save it and check it on your Website.

If you want to change the style of your widget, please click on the >> edit button and navigate to step 2 >> Display Options.
Here you can choose between our two types of buttons - Button & Button + Text. You can also choose the size of the widget and allow the user to minimise the widget. ✨
For all of our widgets you can use the Let's Connect default images/videos or just upload your own ones.
To upload your media, please click on the >> edit button of the web-connect card and navigate to step 2 >> Display Options.
Here you can choose between default and own media. Please click on >> Edit your own media for uploading. That's it 🥳
Of course, for all of our widgets you can edit the text.
To do that, please click on the >> edit button and navigate to step 3 >> Text & Dialog Type. Here you edit all the default texts. ✏️
For each widget you can decide if you just want to show the contact form to get lead information or offer direct meeting scheduling.
To allow that, please click on the >> edit button and navigate to step 6 >> Contact Form. Here you can activate the toggle button >> Meeting Slot Booking.
Then choose one of your pre-added Appointments & finally bookable appointments are ready 📆 ✅
Please click on the >> settings button to set the visibility of your widget. Here you can define if you always want to show it or just for specific hours per day.
